Stock options work like this
If a company gives you 100 shares at 10$ each that means you have the option to buy them by the expiry date at 10$ each.
So if within the expiry date they reach to 15$ you can buy them at 10$ and sell at 15$ getting a net profit of 5$ per share ( 500$ )
In your case the share price is below what you will have to buy the shares at . So no use. You will be losing money in case you decide to sell them.
Although if you think the share price is going to rise in the future you can buy them and hold them long term until the share price rises above 30 and you make some good money .

I think its your LC job requirements which governs EB2/EB3. For EB2 classification on your I-140, your job must require 'Masters' or 'Bachelors+5Yrs Experience' on Labor Certification.
My Job ad says: Sr Business analyst wanted ... with MS/MBA or foreign equivalent with 5 yrs exp.

BSc in physics - 3 yr India degree
PG diploma in Instrumentation - 1 Yr India PG diploma
PG dip in marketing mgmt - 1 Yr India PG dip (E learning)
PG dip in buiness admin - 1 Yr India PG dip (E learning)
MBA - 3 Yr India PG degree (E learning)

Myy EAD is expiring and Renewal is taking more than 1 year as per new processing times.
Can I switch back to H1-B. I am in EAD and I dont have any H1-B status now. I have used 5 1/2 years of h1B previously. Six years is not utilized
What are pros and cons..

As per my understanding , as long as you file for renew your EAD before the expiry you are in status , so why do you want to go back to H1??

I found that EADs from NSC are being issued for filers until Aug13, as of now. I guess the processing time is like a week and half of the week, for every day. So you could be getting in 3 weeks.

The spreadsheet is totally sorted now according to the PD. I had to make one change though. The day of the month of PD was not mentioned and I had to write something to sort it out. I made it 1st of the month for everybody to be able to so sorting. I guess we can live with that abstraction.
Some people are not acting responsibly on the data. I made changes now. I brought the data back and also you will have to login into your gmail account now tobe able to make changes.
My humble request to all please act responsibly.
Do not edit somebody elses data.
Do not add/delete/modify any column.
Do not sort the data. If you really feel the urge, import it to your local computer and then sort it.
I will sort the data according to PD periodically.

I had an update on my 485 application today and its say's
On September 8, 2010, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
Don't know what does this mean to my case and it is good or bad.
Does any one had been through this ?

You are merely a beneficiary of 140 application, the petitioner is your GC sponsoring company - only the company or representative has the authority to make inquiries. First step, you should ask your attorney or company to call USCIS and mention that your 140 is outside processing time and also you had responded to an RFE , it has passed standard response/decision time (usually 60 days) - ask the CSR to open an SR. For the most cases that I know, this has triggered a decision with in 45 days from the date of SR. Hope this helps.

But if you approach your Senator office, all they wanted to know is that your GC is dependent on it. When Senator sends congressional enquiry, USCIS does not question Senator about who requested.
I am not sure about legality of it; as long as it works go for it. Before asking Senator�s help, try your attorney and SR etc, mention in your letter to Senator that you tried all avenues before approaching him.

I have the same problem. My application mailed to NE at July 13th. Now I am looking at a receipt on Sep. 7th. Funny I fax a letter to NE on Sep. 6th after the long wait. Then my application was transfered to Texas the very next day and issued a receipt notice on Sep. 7th.
I am thinking the worker is trying to cover for his or her irresponsibility. Of course I have no prove of such, but the paper work never lies.

It will take weeks to write the draft of the bill. Then atleast 1 month debate about the bill. So it will take 2 to 3 months even if everything is positive. Even if they are serious they may not have enough time to pass CIR. So 2010 may be right time for CIR.

When you submit your passport for renewal, they usually give you a receipt with pickup date. This date is anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 weeks.
If you want you can request them to mail your new passport by paying extra $15 for mailing.
If you are going to pickup the passport by person, then you should be there between 4PM-5:15PM. Thats the delivery time.
In DC office you can not pickup anything before 2PM. Remember this
